Newborns:

Congratulation on your Newborn, as we all now the newborn land can be exhausting for everyone. The goal of this package is to teach you basics about newborn sleep cycles, how to create a safe sleep environment and newborn schedules and routines.
You should know that at the newborn phase you cannot do sleep training; they are too little and need to eat frequently. However, we can set your baby up for success in learning how to fall asleep independently and stay asleep as he/she grows older. Therefore, I am going to provide you a Healthy Sleep Plan for your little one.

This package includes:

  • Preliminary assessment
  • 60min consultation
  • Sleep plan
  • 4 follow up phone calls (15-20min) for 2 weeks starting the day u start implementing the sleep plan
  • 2 weeks of email support
  • Goodbye tips and going forward. I will provide you information about nap transitions, appropriate bedtime and wake times as your child gets older, travel tips, how to best transition to a toddler bed, what to do when your child is sick during and after sleep training, how to handle early morning wake-ups, and daylight savings time change.

Infant Package:
(4-18 months)
Time Together: 2 weeks

This package is perfect for the parents who are having sleep issues with their infants, having a healthy sleep plan for your little on will help you to stop night waking, early morning waking and controlling their naps, always remember sleep is as important as diet.

  • Customized sleep plan with sleep log
  • 4 follow up phone call (15-20min each) for the first 2 weeks of implementing your sleep plan

  • 6 follow up phone call (15-20min each) for the first 3 weeks of implementing your sleep plan

Refresher Consultations (for past clients)

This package is especially for parents who have met with me in the past, but are looking for a “refresher.” This is a popular option for past clients who have recently had a new baby — or who are expecting in the near future.

This package includes:

  • A private, 60 minute consultation that we’ll use to discuss any particular challenges you might be having with your child. Since we’ve already worked together, a full hour is usually more than enough time to cover all your questions and concerns.
  • One follow-up email session. At the end of our consultation, I’ll give you my private email address so that you’ll be able to send me an email with additional questions that might come up.
